<p>Put several egg yolks in the porcelain bowl. Salt them and mix. Then add sunflower oil in small portions stirring the mixture till it becomes thick. Add vinegar to the mixture.<br />
For strong taste add 1/4 teaspoon mustard.<br />
Mayonaise is served with cold boiled and fried meat and fish courses.</p>

Now I&#8217;d like to tell you about <strong>cold snacks</strong>. <span id="more-91"></span> Cold snacks are various sandwiches. You can use a lot of food-staffs to cook a sandwich: cold boiled or fried meat, ham, sausages, cheese, vegetables, sprats, smoked fish and others. Now I&#8217;ll tell you how to cook some beautiful sandwiches with tomatoes and cucumbers. I usually make them for my guests.</p>
<p>Cut semicircular slice of tomato and the same slice of cucumber. Put them on the fried circular slice of white bread. The slices will form a circle. Decorate the centre with mayonnaise and slice of raddish.</p>
