Sauce “Green”

Wash several leaves of lettuce, spinach, tarragon or parsley. Boil the leaves in boiled water for 2-3 minutes. After that take them out, cut and mix with sauce “mayonaise”. Add salt and vinegar to taste. Serve with cold fish.

Ingredients:
sauce “mayonaise” - 1/2 glasses;
1 tablespoon boiled and cut leaves of lettuce, spinach, tarragon or parsley;
1 tablespoon vinegar.
