Potato salad
Well, we’ve learned about preparation of vegetables and fruit for salad. If you don’t forget how to do it, try to cook this potato salad.
Though, I very often serve potatoes not as salad. This is very delicious too!

Ingredients for salad:
4 or 5 big potatoes;
2 tablespoons sunflower oil;
vinegar to taste;
salt;
pepper;
dill, parsley or spring onion to taste.
Peel boiled potatoes and cut them. Put the slices in the bowl, salt and pepper. Then add some vinegar and sunflower oil. Mix all the ingredients. Add dill, or parsley, or spring onion.
