Fruit salad “Health”
Fruit salads are not so popular as vegetable ones. But they are greatly delicious and healthy as they contents a lot of vitamins, especially vitamin C.
Sometimes I cook this salad, mostly in autumn and winter, when we need vitamins. In my opinion, it’s more tasty with strawberries or bananas.

Ingredients:
3 apples;
1 pear;
1 orange;
1 tangerin;
1/2 lemon;
1 teaspoon powdered sugar.
Wash all the fruit carefully. Peel them, cut and put in the bowl. Don’t forget rewove seeds and core. Mix the salad with lemon juice and add powdered sugar before serving. Decorate with grapes or other berries.
