Sauce “Mayonaise”
Today I would like to tell you how to prepare sauces from natural ingredients. These sauces are more useful for health than ones from shops. They are usually served with salads, sandwiches and other cold snacks.
Sauce “Mayonaise”.
Put several egg yolks in the porcelain bowl. Salt them and mix. Then add sunflower oil in small portions stirring the mixture till it becomes thick. Add vinegar to the mixture.
For strong taste add 1/4 teaspoon mustard.
Mayonaise is served with cold boiled and fried meat and fish courses.
Ingredients:
sunflower or olive oil - 1/2 glass;
1 egg yolk;
1 teaspoon vinegar;
mustard to taste.
